We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The pools were fantastic and kept the kids entertained, and the dining options were impressive with lots of variety. On the downside, the beach was not ideal for lounging due to the shingle, and the service at the bar could use some improvement, particularly for non-all-inclusive guests. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our holiday and would consider returning.
